What Is GMCC?
Have you ever wanted to create Social Impact? Have you ever wanted to put your knowledge and skills to the test? Are you a first year student looking for a challenge and insight into the worlds of microfinance and consulting? Are you a Masters student looking for practical experience? Then participate in the 2017 international Global Microfinance Case Competition (GMCC). Not just any ordinary case competition, GMCC provides you with an opportunity to work and consult on a LIVE project, using your knowledge and skills to create REAL social impact and change.
Proudly sponsored by NAB, A.T. Kearney and Corrs Chambers Westgarth and in partnership with Mentors International, GMCC is now in its seventh year. With over 800 participants across a number of leading universities from Australia and New Zealand last year, GMCC is back bigger and better than ever. Hosted by MMI in collaboration with AMI, ANUCC, Monash Seed, UMCG and UWA Consulting Society, this year we are pleased to welcome on board students from University of Western Australia.
Anyone and everyone can make a difference! So don’t hesitate to give it a go. The winning team from each university will be flown down for the International Grand Final in Melbourne, as well as a chance to win $500 dollars in cash prize.
